Appointments

We work by appointment only and operate on a well thought out schedule. Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you and we require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

Financial Information

We are committed to your child's treatment being successful. Please understand that this financial policy
is designed to keep costs at a reasonable level, thus preventing frequent fee increases.

Full payment is due at the time of the service. We accept cash, checks, or credit cards including: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Debit cards.

We will accept assignment of benefits from your insurance company. After insurance coverage is verified, we will estimate your portion to the best of our abilities based on the information obtained from your insurance carrier. The patient portion is due in full at the time of service. Any other remainders after the insurance company has paid their part are due no later than 30 days after the insurance payment has been received.
